She was very quick and efficient. Booking a vacation was a matter or few hours! Ksamil is a vary beautiful place: nice beaches with white sand, crystal clear turquoise sea and gorgeous mountains. I was very worried at first and thought for a long time, because for the first time I was faced with buying a tour online, and not at a travel agency in real life... but I didn’t regret it one bit! Fairvater managers are always nearby and quickly communicate and answer any question ☺️ I bought a tour late at night, they called me in the morning, but since I didn’t answer the phone, they wrote to Viber. There we quickly resolved all the issues, and then a couple of days later we received documents on Viber, and also after that a reminder from Fairvater about departure on the day of the flight and went on a great trip ✈️ Great prices and a convenient website, the only thing I would like to add to the filters when choosing a hotel is proximity to the sea :) Otherwise, everything is super, it’s convenient to find a tour while at home, and you don’t need to go anywhere! 👍🏻 Thank you!
